These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any Android application published by ExecutrixApps ("we", "us", "our"), including all wallpapers, ringtones, and may be other apps (in future) in our portfolio (each an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the apps

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use our Apps.
You agree to use the Apps only for their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any App except as permitted by applicable law.

Content and licenses

Wallpapers, widgets, themes, ringtones, and other assets provided in-app are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own device only.
Any photos, audio, or other content you import into an App remain your property; we claim no ownership over user-supplied content.
App source code, design, and branding remain the property of ExecutrixApps.

Advertising and purchases

Our Apps display third-party advertising . In future if we implment in app purchases, all such purchases will be processed by Google Play and will be subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies.

Availability

We aim to keep our Apps available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecutrixApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any App.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any App, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_JURISDICTION, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
